Protom has more than 200 high-precision CNC machining centers, including 20 German DMG 5-axis CNC machining centers. This is why we have the ability to process high-precision hardware parts for automobiles. We have Zeiss CMM, which also ensures that every part we make can meet the customer's drawing requirements.
The offerings include rapid prototyping using 3D Printing, Vacuum Casting / RIM and Machining to make prototypes in a time and cost effective manner. The Auto industry heavily uses soft / prototype tooling for their functional part production and testing. Protom makes these injection moulded parts in the desired end-use plastic, and offers assembly and testing support to the industry. Additionally, the company is capable of procuring standard parts as per specification and outsource some manufacturing, to finally assemble all components in-house for the client.
